What is VulnTrek?

In one line: security tools discover findings. VulnTrek decides which exposure actually matters, why it matters, who owns it, what should happen next, and proves that the decision was carried through to closure.

The VulnTrek statement

VulnTrek is a Unified Exposure Management & Security Assurance Platform with a governed vulnerability-decision layer.

It unifies and governs findings from the security tools you already run, connecting them to asset identity, ownership, threat context, policy, remediation workflows, and audit evidence.

Teams use VulnTrek to make evidence-led, policy-governed risk-treatment decisions; coordinate remediation across security, IT, engineering, cloud, and OT operations; and retain proof of how material exposures managed in the platform were treated.

VulnTrek supports governed agentic AI: authorized AI tools can retrieve relevant context, prepare recommendations, and perform bounded actions through approved workflows. Material decisions, exceptions, and other high-impact actions require approval by an accountable human before they take effect, and each outcome is recorded as evidence.

By design, VulnTrek does not autonomously patch systems, self-approve actions, mutate firewall or IAM configuration, commit code, or operate as an inline LLM gateway. These refusals are permanent by design and published in full.

Find what matters. Decide with evidence. Orchestrate treatment. Verify closure. Prove control.

Which category VulnTrek belongs to

How the platform maps to the categories security teams already search for: attack surface management, continuous threat exposure management, risk-based vulnerability management and remediation orchestration.

How it works — the six AEDE stages

The loop from discovery to verified closure, stage by stage.

Named capabilities

The parts of the platform with their own names and documented behaviour: the Netra AI engine, the AEDE loop and the evidence ledger.

How the terminology fits together
